Frankie Langhorne
Jewellery and Botanical Painting

Venue: 04. 35 Long Row, Belper, DE56 1DS

I make individual and bespoke pieces of jewellery, mostly in silver. I also use semi-precious stones, such as turquoise, lapis lazuli and jasper in several of the pieces. Each item is unique and I am happy to accept and discuss commissions with clients.
I am also a Botanical Artist and a member of the Society of Floral Painters, with whom I have exhibited. In recent years I have had several paintings accepted for exhibition with the Society of Botanical Artists in London. I paint in watercolour, a traditional way of representing botanical specimens. I particularly enjoy working from plants that I have grown in my own garden and sometimes include the whole life-cycle within the painting.
